Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic SMO was not able to hold its Annual Team Member Awards Banquet. This special event was very much missed this year as we celebrate the dedicated SMO team members who have reached anniversary milestones of five, ten, fifteen and twenty years of service. This year was extra special as we honored our first team member, Marlene Lash, who reached twenty-five years of service. We also recognized our 2019 J.D. Murphy Team Member of the Year winner, Pedro Rios.
Each team member who reached a milestone receives a SMO lapel pin, presentation plaque and for those who reach ten plus years, an award of their choosing from our awards catalog. Our J.D. Murphy Team Member of the Year, Pedro Rios received a handsome plaque and $1,000 cash.
