Murphy Team Member of the Year, Goldline Shelton. Goldline Shelton was recognized at our event held at SMO HQ in SMO University that was also streamed on Facebook Live. She was awarded with her J.D. Murphy Team Member of the Year plaque and $1,000 CASH award. Goldline "Mrs. G" Shelton has been with the company since September of 2013. She works for one of largest companies headquarters in Winston-Salem, Truliant Federal Credit Union. Goldline has been a 2-time iCare winner, a Team Member of the Month winner, and a Team Member of the Year Nominee in the past. Her manager, Steve Gardner, had this to say about Goldline: "Mrs. G (as she is called) is well respected and liked by Truliant management and associates and her team members. She is almost never late and at work as expected. She provides leadership and training to her team and will jump in to help when needed. She covers routines when needed. She also will lend a hand to team members outside the work setting and is an iCare Award winner. Mrs. G is an SMO super star."  Every year it is a competitive field for Team Member of the Year. We always feel proud of and are confident about the winner, and that is no different this year! For the last 8+ years, Mrs. G has proved that she is a fantastic representative of SMO to customers and her team members. We are so happy that she continues to be an irreplaceable part of the SMO Team!
