Adrian, “Skip”, Marsden, CBSE, founded Marsden Building Maintenance in 1952 and grew it into a diverse service organization that included janitorial, security, armored car and HVAC services. He valued BSCAI’s education offerings and encouraged Marsden employees to become certified.  SMO is extremely excited and humbled to receive the Skip Marsden Education Excellence Award that marks a significant milestone in our journey to increase training and education to our team members. The Unexpected Honor: Receiving the Skip Marsden Education Excellence Award was an unexpected honor that left us both humbled and motivated. It served as validation for the countless hours of hard work, dedication, and passion that our team has poured into education and training. The award not only acknowledged academic excellence but also recognized the perseverance and commitment required to excel in the face of challenges. Setting New Goals: The journey doesn't end with an award; instead, it becomes a stepping stone for setting new goals and aspirations. In the past year, we've challenged ourselves to explore areas beyond our comfort zone, engage in community projects, and contribute to the educational environment. The award has become a driving force, propelling us toward continued growth and a commitment to making a positive impact in the world. Conclusion: Receiving an educational award marked the beginning of a transformative year filled with growth, gratitude, and inspiration.
