At Supreme Maintenance Organization one of our core values is that [we will care.](http://smoworks.com/our-values/) We instill this attitude in our team members from the very beginning as we teach them to [Clean With Purpose.](http://smoworks.com/our-values/) In an effort to recognize our team members who best demonstrate this value we have created the SMO iCare Award Program. iCare award winners can be nominated by SMO customers, co-workers, and SMO management.

The following Team Members have been awarded the iCare Award for April 2020:

- Nancy Guzman – Healthy Start Academy

- Ryan Glasener – Account Manager Charlotte
- Carlos Gutierrez– WTCC

- Teresa Pangallo – Account Manager Westrock & CVCC
- Bennett McGhee – District Manager Eastern NC

We would like to congratulate each of these winners and thank them for their caring attitude.  Each will receive:
