Melinda has been employed with SMO as a Site Supervisor since June, 2009.  Her entire time with SMO was been at the UPS Florence and the Freight Facility both in South Carolina.  Melinda is very dedicated and would often travel to cover other sites.  This was her 5th nomination for Team Member of The Year and 3rd time as a finalist.
