Supreme Maintenance Organization awards SMO Bucks currency to our Team Members on a monthly basis for the following: - Perfect attendance for a month (4 SMO Bucks) - Team safety (4 SMO Bucks) - Management appreciation (Varies) - Customer recognition (Varies) - Team Member of the Month (12 SMO Bucks) - Building of the Month (10 SMO Bucks) - Closet of the Month (10 SMO Bucks) Some of our Team Members like to spend their SMO Bucks right away on things like SMO merchandise or Walmart gift cards. Others prefer to save up their SMO Bucks and spend them on paid time off! It’s up to you how you use your SMO Bucks. Team Members receive a monthly email with their SMO Bucks statement as well as a SMO Bucks Redemption Form – if you want to redeem your SMO bucks please respond to that email with the completed form.
