Rita Chavez is our SMO Team Member of the Month for March 2019. Congratulations Rita! Rita started out as a cleaning technician with SMO in 2014. She is now a supervisor – here at SMO we do always try to promote from within! Her account manager nominated her for Team Member of the Month and had this to say about her “She takes ownership of her work and has a great relationship with her SMO team. She never misses a day and has very positive customer relations.”
When I asked Rita what she enjoyed most about SMO and her job with us, she said “I like cleaning. It’s what I love to do. SMO is generous and they give me the freedom to do my job well!” Thank you for all you do, Rita – SMO is lucky to have you.
