Ronda Hughes from Greensboro is our SMO Team Member of the Month for August 2019. Ronda started with us as a Cleaning Technician in 2018 and was promoted after a year to Supervisor. She was nominated for this award by her Account Manager, who said “Ronda is very thorough and committed in her role. She always goes above and beyond to resolve any customer concerns and is a great problem solver.”
Ronda was asked what she enjoys most about her job and what she enjoys most about working with SMO. She said: “I love working with and helping the people I supervise. I enjoy feeling like I’m part of the SMO family and the flexibility the job gives me.” Thank you for all you do, Ronda! We really appreciate you.
