A warm SMO congratulations to Olga Maltos for being our July 2019 Team Member of the Month! Olga is a long-standing team member who started with us in 2008 as a Cleaning Technician. Olga is a great example of SMO’s policy of promoting from within – she is now a supervisor and has been for multiple years. Olga was nominated by her Account Manager, who said “Olga has perfect attendance. She never misses a day, and is a very hard-working supervisor. She is organized and dedicated.”

When we asked Olga what she enjoyed most about her job and working with SMO, she said “I have always enjoyed cleaning and I appreciate the stability of the work. I love my work and SMO is part of what I love about it.” SMO is blessed to have you on the team, Olga! Thank you!
