Nancy is our SMO Team Member of the Month for August 2018. Since 2009, Nancy has been a Site Supervisor with SMO in North Carolina. Her account manager nominated her for the award, and had this to say about her: “Great attitude, very responsible and ready to go the extra mile. She completes all of her daily, monthly and weekly tasks without any follow up needed. Her building is always ready for inspection. She also has perfect attendance, to top it all off.” Melinda said that she enjoys the people she works with at SMO and how friendly everyone is. She also appreciates her manager Rosa and says that Rosa makes her feel appreciated daily. SMO is a better company with you in it, Melinda. Thanks for all you do!
