Congratulations to Mary Porter, our January Team Member of the Month! Mary has been working with SMO as a Supervisor in South Carolina since 2009. She was nominated by her Account Manager, who said “Mary works any hours for SMO and the customer. She has a great attitude and covers a large area. She stays in budget and increases revenue with additional work.”

We asked Mary what she enjoys most about her job and being part of the SMO team: “I like being a working supervisor – I like hands-on supervision so I can work with my team members and make sure they know what to do. I enjoy working with SMO because it’s been a blessing. I honestly think I’m going to retire when I’m done working at SMO because I don’t want to work for anyone else.” Congratulations, Mary!
