Congratulations to Silvia Lara, our June Team Member of the Month! Silvia has been with us since 2003 (15 years!), and is a Supervisor in the Charlotte area. She was nominated by her Account Manager, who said “Silvia has a great attitude every day. SMO benefits greatly from the strong relationship she has with our clients.” Silvia has been a huge part of our success in the Charlotte area for many years. Her commitment to customer service is inspiring. She was also our 2010 J.D. Murphy Team Member Of The Year.
We asked Silvia what she enjoys most about her job and being part of the SMO Team: “That’s easy. I like making sure the customer is satisfied with our work every day.
