Congratulations to Alfonza Muhammad, our November Team Member of the Month! Alfonza has been a Site Supervisor for SMO in Virginia since July 2009. He was nominated by his Account Manager, who said “ He never misses a day of work and clients compliment how clean his facility is on a regular basis.”

We asked Alfonza what he enjoys most about his job and being part of the SMO team: “I enjoy being a Site Supervisor – it gives me the freedom to get the job done on my terms and the right way.
