A warm congratulations to Earl Smith, SMO’s Team Member of the Month! Earl has been working with SMO since 2015. He started as a Cleaning Technician but has recently been promoted to Supervisor, following a SMO tradition of promoting internally. He was nominated by his Account Manager, who said: “Earl has always had excellent customer service, keeps an extremely clean building and is a good manager to his staff.”

We asked Earl what he enjoys most about working with SMO – he responded: “I love my job. I enjoy being around people and I love supervising my team. I really appreciate that there is upward mobility with the company.” Thanks for all you do Earl! We’re honored to have you on the SMO Team.
