A warm congratulations to Joaquina Marcial, our October Team Member of the Month! Joaquina has been working with SMO as a Cleaning Technician in Winston-Salem since 2007. She was nominated by her Account Manager, who said ‘She is a really hard worker. She’s showed up on time for the last 11 years. Our customers really like her and she’s always willing to help cover routines when needed.’
We asked Joaquina what she enjoys most about her job and being part of the SMO team: ‘I enjoy cleaning – I like what I do.
