Newman Jr. and Michelle Murphy of the John Newman Team at Allen Tate Realtors. ##  What Participants Learned About  Home Ownership: - How to find the right Real Estate Professional for you - About First Time Home Buyer programs, and how to find the right Lender for you - How you can prepare for Home Ownership - What to expect throughout the process - Understanding Wants vs. Needs - Why NOW a great time to buy Please keep an eye our for our next personal enrichment class offered to all SMO Team Members through SMO University.  Also feel free to let us know about other class topics that would benefit you.
