Donna is SMO’s Team Member of the Month for April of 2022! She has been performing great work for SMO since 2020 - her manager nominated her for TMOM and had the following to say about her: “Donna is an awesome trainer for new Team Members – they know they can count on Donna to help them out when needed and they can go to her with questions. Donna keeps an eye on timekeeping, preparation for inspections and customer service and excels at all of the above!” Every month we complete a short interview with our winner – we ask what they like about their job and about working with SMO. Donna had the following to say: “I like it here because everyone is awesome and friendly.
