A big SMO congratulations to Donna Smith – SMO’s Team Member of the Month for April 2024! Since 2020, Donna has been providing exceptional service to our customers and since 2021 she has been setting a great example as a Supervisor for SMO. She was nominated by her manager, who had the following to say about her: “Donna has great attendance! Our customer raves about Donna. She always has a fast response time to urgent needs, covers open routines and works extra hours, all with a smile. She does what it takes to ensure that we have no quality issues, and this shows each month with awesome inspection scores. I am very lucky to have Donna around as a Supervisor!”
When we asked Donna what she likes most about her job and about working with SMO, she said: “I love walking around the job site, and the people I work with. I also enjoy getting to meet new people.
