Leonel has been with the company for over three years, and works as a cleaning technician in our Winston-Salem branch.  Mr. Pacheco’s manager, Carlos, nominated him for this award and had the following to say about him: “He rarely requests time off, never misses work and is always on time. The customer recently came up to me and let me know how satisfied he is with Leonel’s work.” Every month we ask our team member of the month to complete a short interview. When I asked Leonel what he liked most about his job and working for SMO, he said “I like the flexibility and friendliness. I don’t feel micro-managed – they let me get my work done and feel good about it. I appreciate SMO because they’re consistent, straightforward, and my manager gives me the support I need.” We appreciate your hard work, Leonel! Thank you for all you do!
