Please give a big SMO congratulations to Thomas Tate-Riley! Thomas is SMO’s Team Member of the Month for February 2024.

He was nominated by his district’s Operations Support Specialist, who had the following to say about him: “Thomas consistently shows up to work in every way possible. He is one of those team members that we can trust to come through and follow through with any assignments he is tasked with. He is our supervisor for Wake Christian Academy and is spoken of very highly there, but he can also be found at any one of our Wake Tech campuses filling in for team members who are out as well as working special events. Thomas is someone you could trust to clean a bank with the vault open, or 20 high profile offices at the college campuses. SMO is blessed to have him be part of our team and I'm honored to recommend him for Team Member of the Month.”

When we asked Thomas what he likes most about his job and about working with SMO, he said: “It is the people I work with, they all help each other. I also appreciate the knowledge I have gained. With SMO I like the fact that I feel rewarded for the hard work I do. I like that when SMO management comes around buildings that I am working at, they roll their sleeves up and clean too.” Thank you for all your hard work, Thomas! We appreciate you!
