Join us in giving a big SMO congratulations to Yaneth Sanchez for being SMO’s Team Member of the Month for July of 2022!

Yaneth has the distinction of being one of SMO’s longest tenured team members – she started working with SMO in 2005. Yaneth worked her way up to site supervisor and has been performing consistent work for many years for our customer.

She was nominated by our Transition Manager, who had the following to say about her: “She is a tenured team member that has single handily kept our customer happy with her building. This includes helping us grow with the customer because of her hard work. She is short a FT worker and has continued to show up and do the work necessary to keep the building clean and the customer happy! She is a very valuable team member to SMO and I believe that this account would not be the same without Yaneth’s can-do attitude, personality, and strong work ethic.”
