Please help us give a big SMO congratulations to Ivy Phelps, SMO’s Team Member of the Month for June! Ivy has been performing exemplary work for SMO as a Supervisor since January of this year. Ivy has performed so well for SMO that she was actually nominated by two people, her manager and SMO’s transition manager. Her manager had the following to say about her; “Ivy has taken over recently as a new supervisor. In the time that she has been there, there are minimal work orders and the employees are all working hard and happily coming in each night to work under her leadership. She is a huge part of SMO’s success at this facility.“ SMO’s transition manager said the following: “Ivy leads a team at our hardest account in Greensboro at Wendover Medical Center. It is 4 floors with multiple suites on each floor. People notice the difference our team is making and much of it is due to Ivy’s attention to detail and follow up behind her team. She takes ownership of the building and wants it to be the best."
When we asked Ivy what she likes most about her job and about working with SMO, she said: “I love the variety, my job is never boring – there’s something different every day. What I enjoy most about SMO in the staff I work with!” You are part of what makes SMO great, Ivy! Thanks for all you do!
