Please join us in congratulating Alma Montoya – SMO’s Team Member of the Month for March 2024! Alma has been with SMO since Summer 2023 and performs at a very high level for SMO in Georgia as a Supervisor.
She was nominated by her manager, who had the following to say about her: “Alma has the upmost respect and dedication to make sure her account stands out as the best clean and safe facility. The quality assurance scores reflect the high quality of her work performed. The Principal and the staff at the school love Alma and have nothing negative to say. Within the month of March, many tasks and locations were introduced to Alma to help management where needed. Alma never complained once. She has been a rock star for SMO by providing her knowledge, skills, and dedication to the accounts. Alma also makes the leadership team stronger by having her on the SMO team.”
