Shane started working for SMO in late 2023 as a Supervisor, and has wasted no time standing out for the exceptional work he does for SMO and our customers. Shane was nominated by his manager, who had the following to say about him: “Shane offers to help everyone. He will come in early, works hard no matter what, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. He is always pleasant; he greets everyone and he even calls our Team Members to check in on them.“
When we asked Shane what she likes most about his job and about working with SMO, he said: “I love the variety, my job is never boring – there’s something different every day. What I enjoy most about SMO is the staff I work with!” You are part of what makes SMO great, Shane! Thanks for all you do!
