Marshetta has been doing a fantastic job supervising her team for the last 8 months.  Her manager nominated her for this award, saying “She has completely turned her job site around in the time she has been there. The customer and her team love her. Her organizational skills are second to none and she is an absolute pleasure to work with.” When asked what she enjoys about her job and what she likes about SMO as a company, Marshetta replied “The freedom to go at my pace and knowing that I’m helping the health and safety of the people at her facility. I enjoy that SMO is so personable. My manager goes above and beyond for us, and I’ve not experienced that anywhere but SMO.” We appreciate you, Marshetta! Thanks for all you do!  [![SMO_Service_Solution_CTA_Horizontal-1](https://content.smoworks.com/hs-fs/hubfs/SMO_Service_Solution_CTA_Horizontal-1.jpg?width=750&name=SMO_Service_Solution_CTA_Horizontal-1.jpg)](http://smoworks.com/get-more-info/)   [SMO Company News](https://content.smoworks.com/blog/tag/smo-company-news) Share this post -
