The SMO December team member of the month is Cherrell Thorpe. Ms. Thorpe has been with us since summer 2018 and has excelled in her role. She was nominated for this award by her account manager, who had the following to say about her: “She has incredibly consistent attendance, a positive attitude and always tries to be available to help and cover routines.”

With every team member of the month, we always ask them what they like most about their job, and about working with SMO as a company. Cherrell said “What I enjoy is putting in hard work and seeing the results. I like to be hands-on and look back and see that everything looks great at the end of the shift.
