A warm SMO congratulations to Lameka Gaddy, our October team member of the month. Lameka started with SMO in 2019 but has quickly distinguished herself as an extremely diligent and hardworking supervisor. She was nominated for team member of the month by her account manager, who said the following about her: “Extremely hard worker and well organized. All of the SMO team members at her location look up to her. She is a great leader, and valuable team member.”

When asked what she liked most about her day-to-day job and working with SMO as a company, Ms. Gaddy said: “I love making my job site look great every day.
