Please join us in congratulating Frances Summers! Frances is SMO’s Team Member of the Month for December of 2022.

Frances has been doing great work as a Cleaning Technician in Greensboro since late 2020.

Frances was nominated for this award by SMO’s Quality Assurance Manager, who had this to say about her and her work: “Ms. Summers strives for perfection in her work, and her Quality assurance scores are evidence of that. She regularly performs well enough to get 97s and 98s but recently got an exceedingly rare 99% QA score.”
