A big SMO congratulations to Wilson Carrillo! He is our January 2021 Team Member of the Month. Mr. Carrillo has been an asset to SMO for almost 15 years, now! His longtime manager, Carlos, nominated him for this award saying “Wilson is a truly trustworthy employee and goes above and beyond in his daily routine. Even during these difficult times he has excellent attendance and is learning new cleaning techniques. He has been a dependable employee for over 14 years!”

When we asked Mr. Carrillo what his favorite part of his job was, and what he enjoys about working with SMO, he responded “I like that it’s cleaning work, which is important and consistent. I like that my job has stayed constant even during this pandemic. When it comes to SMO I appreciate that I have been able to grow with the company over the years, and that they have kept consistent quality standards over the years I’ve been here.” Thank you, Wilson, for helping SMO succeed all these years!
