Please join us in congratulating Wanda Davis! Wanda is SMO’s Team Member of the Month for June 2022.

Wanda has been performing consistent, quality cleaning work for SMO since 2019. She has been a star employee at multiple different job sites, and her manager nominated her with the following statement:

“Wanda is the day porter supervisor. She has great attendance, in the 3 years that she has worked for SMO Wanda has never called out. Everyone at the job site knows Wanda and always has good things to say about her. Wanda does an awesome job at training new day porter TMs. When there are call outs, she has the know how to get all tasks completed even if it is only her and one other day porter. Wanda does crucial work to prepare for monthly inspections and helps keep timekeeping consistent and correct. Wanda is a Great asset to SMO!”
