Congratulations to Jose Bustamante, SMO’s Team Member of the Month for March, 2022! Jose has been with SMO since February, 2020. In 2 years, he has made a big impact! His manager nominated him for this award with the following comments: “Jose has great attendance. Whenever I need extra help during the day, he’s always there to help me out. He always has our back when we need help. Jose is a hard worker and pleasant to work with.”

This month we asked Jose two questions:

1. What does he like about his job day-to-day?

2. What does he like about working with SMO as a company?

Jose responded: “The job is consistent and relaxing. SMO is always supportive when I need something and there is great communication between me and management.” We’re thankful to have Jose on the SMO Team!
