Maurice has performed multiple roles with SMO since starting in 2017, but he is currently the 2nd shift Supervisor in Winston-Salem.
Maurice was nominated for this award by SMO’s Transition Manager, who had the following to say about him: “Maurice has been irreplaceable for this account. He works the first shift which is not only the busiest shift but he also leads a group of 7 people. He has a very likable personality and won’t just tell you what to do as a supervisor, but he’ll go with you to help you do it and train you on how to do it. The customer loves Maurice because of his communication and ability to get the job done when they ask for it to get done. He represents the type of supervisor and team member that SMO wants all of our supervisors and team members to be.”
