Berll is SMO’s April 2021 Team Member of the month. Mr. Pemberton has been performing great work for SMO in the Charlotte area for over 5 years.  Berll’s manager, Ryan, nominated him and had some very kind words to say about him; “Berll is a class act. He has the best relationship with the customer that I’ve ever seen. His positive attitude is contagious and I always seem to have a better day once I come into contact with him. He really exemplifies SMO dedication!” When we interviewed Berll to find out his favorite things about his job and about SMO as a company, he responded: “I really enjoy assisting the customer, and I appreciate the schedule flexibility.
