[Congratulations to Joseph Bigelow! Joseph is SMO’s Team Member of the Month for May 2021. Mr. Bigelow has been with SMO for about six months and has been doing fantastic work! His manager nominated him for this award and had this to say, “Joseph has consistently high inspection scores in his area. Our customers are vocal fans of his, and he has great attendance and a can-do attitude!”](http://smoworks.com/get-more-info/)
[Each month we ask our Team Member of the Month what their favorite things about their day-to-day job and working with SMO are – Joseph responded: “The thing I enjoy most about my job is the atmosphere. Here I work independently and at my own pace without feeling the negative pressure I’ve felt at other jobs. My favorite thing about SMO as a company are the people I work with and around each day.” SMO couldn’t excel without team members like Joseph!
