Congratulations, Keisa Rodriguez! We’re happy to announce that Keisa is SMO’s February 2021 Team Member of the Month. Keisa has been working for SMO in Fayetteville since 2019. Keisa’s manager nominated her for Team Member of the Month and said “Keisa is an amazing employee and does an outstanding job. She currently works at two different buildings because both customers insist on her cleaning their building. No matter what is asked of her she does a great job.” 

We asked Keisa what she enjoys most about her day-to-day job, and what she likes about SMO as a company: “I like helping keep the buildings neat and clean and I like being a positive example for other employees. I like that SMO provides job opportunities to the community and I think that they’re an agreeable company to work for.” We appreciate you, Keisa, thanks for all you do!
