Please join us in congratulating Maria Zermeno! Maria is SMO’s Team Member of the Month for January of 2024. Maria has been doing great work for SMO since 2006!

She was nominated by SMO’s Transition Manager, who had the following to say about her: “Maria filled in temporarily at a new job site when we really needed help. Maria did such a good job that the customer really loved her and wanted to keep her there. We never got any complaints and if there was anything that we had to correct with it being a new account, she corrected it immediately. Maria has been with us for a long time and is always able to jump in and help. The customer appreciated her work so much that this new job site has been added to her routine. Maria loves cleaning her job sites and the customers love having her there.”

When we asked Maria what she likes most about her job and about working with SMO, she said: “I love the work – I think cleaning is fulfilling. I like the kind words I hear from people. Everyone is friendly so I don’t have any complaints about SMO as a company.” Thank you for all you do, Maria! You help make SMO great!
