Please give a warm SMO congratulations to Sean White! He is the team member of the month for March 2020.  Sean has been with SMO since 2013 and is a site supervisor in South Carolina.  

Sean was nominated by his manager Ben, who had the following to say about Sean: “Dependable, great attitude and high-quality floor work. He has kept up during Covid-19, has been flexible with new tasks and has helped keep customers safe all with a smile.”

Every month we ask our team member of the month to complete a short interview. When I asked Sean what he liked most about his job and working for SMO, he said, “I like meeting new people and going to different places. My manger is great, he comes and checks on me and helps me out if I need anything.” Thank you for all you do, Sean! SMO is lucky to have you on the team!
