We are pleased to announce that our April 2020 team member of the month is Logan Anderson! Logan has been with the company for 2 years, but is already a great example of SMO’s principle of promoting from within. She started as a cleaning technician and is now a site supervisor.  

Logan’s manager Jim nominated her for this award. We asked Jim to describe what made Logan a great team member, and he said “She is always on time, has high standards in her work quality, and goes above and beyond expectations. She has a great rapport with clients and gets along well with everyone.”

When we asked Logan what she likes about her job and working with SMO, she said, “I enjoy interacting with customers during my job. I like that SMO is flexible on scheduling and will work with you if you need more hours. Nice staff and managers.” We appreciate the work you do for SMO, Logan! Congratulations!
